thankyou again for your help and service, actually the chair is better than its nhs equivalent, you know the steel ones, i have a serco one with plastic frame from the wheel chair service so its lighter but needed one so i didnt have to keep getting it out of the car when i was alone. i can leave this one out in the house etc. so the steel ones are ok. with muscle disorders its the standing up and keep lifting and moving around to get them out etc. so i really needed more than one. actually i can go out today as well now without the car etc!

We send all items using first class mail or via 24 hour courier delivery by Parcel Force, Items ordered by 1 pm and In Stock will be dispatched the same day for delivery next day, but please allow 2 working days as deliveries are dependant upon ParcelForce. Orders taken before 1PM on Friday will be dispatched same day for delivery Monday, but please allow 2 working days. Orders taken at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday, please note Parcel force does not delivery on Saturdays. Please allow 2 working days for delivery. if you do not receive your order within 3 days please contact us.
We do endeavour to give you a next day service where ever possible, though we are reliant on Royal Mail and Parcel Force, and sometimes delays happen for a day or two, which you must appreciate is out of our control.
Mainland UK delivery prices
All deliveries for our products are free of charge for delivery addresses in the mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands), however if the order is less than £25, a £3.99 delivery charge will be added.
Any items delivered outside mainland UK will be dispatched by Euro 48 hour, delivery charges will vary depending on the destination, the charges will be calculated at checkout, using these prices.

Return Policy
Bin-To will guarantee your purchase against faulty manufacture. If your item is defective upon receipt through faulty manufacture Bin-To will replace your item on return of the item unused and in its original packaging. You must inform us of this within 5 days of receipt of the goods including weekends. You must email us to get authorization prior to returning the goods.
All returned orders that are deemed faulty will be collected free of charge, if on return the goods are in a new condition and in the original packaging.
All returned orders that are not faulty will incur a carriage fee of £17.63 plus a restocking charge of £10.00, i.e. If ordered wrong item, ignored description, product to large or too small or wrong weight. Or change of mind. WE WELCOME EMAILS TO AVOID ANY CUSTOMER QUERIES, Please note all returns must be in original condition and packaging.

Bin-to Limited warrants to the original retail purchaser for those periods set forth below that all new products shall be free from failure caused by defects in material and workmanship when used under normal conditions in a normal manner. The obligation of the company under this warranty consists only of repairing or replacing, at the company's option, any part, which is proved to be defective in material or factory workmanship. The company reserves the right to require the return of defective material to verify the claim. All costs, such as labour, transportation, and loss of use, associated with the replacement of defective parts and components are not covered under this warranty.
TERMS OF WARRANTY
The product is warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase by original user. If used commercially, the warranty is ninety (90) days from date of purchase by the original purchaser. If the product is rented or otherwise used as a demonstrator, the warranty period begins on the date of invoice. Repair parts are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase. Replacement parts used in warranty repairs are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days or the balance of the warranty period, whichever is longer.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
1. ABS plastic housings and footrest covers (wear items and not warranted).
2. Tyres (wear items and not warranted).
3. Decoration and bulbs (wear items and not warranted).
4. Self repair or replacement parts without permission by the manufacturer.
5. Damaged parts resulting from an accident.
6. Damage caused by improper operation, maintenance or storage.
7. Damage caused by commercial use or use other than normal.
CONDITIONS WHICH WILL VOID THE WARRANTY
This warranty will be void if the product has been subjected to negligence, abuse, misuse, accidental damage, improper operation, improper maintenance, or improper storage. The warranty is also void if damage is due to unauthorised modifications or alterations.

THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Bin-To LIMITED FURTHER DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT. |
