RETURNS POLICY:

Here at Duplay Direct we offer a returns policy on all our goods. While we offer sellers standard rate postage and packaging for the delivery of your purchases to most UK destinations, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs on any item intended for return. All goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt from us in good condition, without damage and sufficiently packaged for transit back to us.

We will endeavour to repair, replace or refund your purchase within 5 working days of receipt. Items returned to us must be shipped with ALL original packaging in tact and miscellaneous content (e.g. user instructions and associated parts) included. Failure to comply with our request may compromise any repairs, replacement or refund undertaken by Duplay Direct on your behalf. Please ensure all items for return are clearly marked with your Ebay user ID and a contact telephone number.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING:

We offer sellers standard rate postage and packaging for all our items to mainland UK destinations excluding SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND AND ASSOCIATED BRITISH ISLANDS. IF BIDDING FROM THESE SPECIFIED AREAS, PLEASE CONTACT US TO OBTAIN A DELIVERY QUOTE BEFORE PURCHASING. Your goods will typically be despatched within 2 working days of a completed payment to us. All goods are sent via an approved courier using a next day service. Although we endeavour to ensure your goods are despatched quickly, efficiently and within timescales, we personally cannot guarantee a next day delivery service once in transit with the courier.
