I am selling these on behalf of myself and friends/family.
I will try to describe items as best as i can.

If the item states BRAND NEW WITH/WITHOUT TAGS then the item is NEW and will be in new condition. The refund policy is that the Buyer is entitled to a FULL REFUND ... ONLY ... if there is a genuine fault that has gone unnoticed by the seller and if the item has been sold at the BUY IT NOW price.

If the ITEM says NEW and there is a best offer option, this means that the item although new is on offer for a quick sale. If the item is sold as a BEST OFFER option ... NO REFUND or RETURNS will be given to the buyer. I always try to describe my items the best i can however, some items even though NEW may have minor cosmetic marks/faults i failed to notice (this is rare though). Any item sold at a SALE price/Best offer option means NO RETURN/REFUND is available.
Any item sold as USED, the buyers are reminded that these items cannot be returned or refunded. Most of my used items are in as new condition however, there are some that will without doubt have some wear/tear markings as the items are used. I will try to describe any items faults but there are times i do not notice some wear/tear markings.

Brand New with Tags items have been sold at a reduced cost.  Therefor, I will consider returns within 3 days of reciept of item.  However, the buyer is responsible and MUST pay for the return insured recorded post packaging of the item.  If the item is returned damaged NO REFUND will be given.  If the item is returned dirty, a charge of £10 will be deducted from refund to cover dry cleaning expenses. A refund of the item cost ONLY will be given.
Items that are sold USED, buyers are reminded that these items may have wear and tear marks, i will do my best to describe the items but they are sold as USED.  No refunds given for Used Items sold. If any buyer is not HAPPY with their purchase, please contact me ... i am a fair and good seller and MAY come to an agreement.  At the very least if the item is returned in same condition as sent then a refund of the item cost ONLY may be given!!!
