We accept payment via Pay-pal, Cheque or Postal Order.

Winning bidders must make contact within 7 days of placing confirmed bid.

Cheque payments will have to be cleared, this can take anything from 3 to 5 working days before items are dispatched.

International buyers need to contact us before if possible, as postage costs for different locations vary.  Please contact us first for more accurate postage costs. All international mail will only be sent via recorded delivery, and will only be shipped to confirmed addresses.

Postage and Delivery

For items dispatched, a proof of posting receipt will be available.

Unless stated in the listing, all items are posted using royal mail second class mail or standard parcels to ensure the most cost effective postage charge.

Items are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours (except weekends).

Non received Items are covered up to £36.00 from royal mail and a claim can be made to royal mail for this, proof of postage and invoice of sale will be provided to assist with claim process.

Once items are posted they are in the hands of Royal Mail. We cannot be liable or responsible for late deliveries, damage and non received items, these issues can be forwarded to royal mail

Glass/Glass-wear is not covered for damage but is covered for loss. All fragile are packaged appropriately, will be clearly labelled handle with care and checked for damage before dispatch. Additional insurances can be arranged, but please contact us first.

For non claimed or non delivered mail returned to us, postage will need to be repaid before the item is dispatched.

Non Paying Bidders

Refund

If you feel that the Item has been seriously miss-described or faulty you can return it within 7 days for full refund, less postage.
