ALL ECO-GAS SYSTEMS DO NOT PUT FLAMMABLE LPG INTO YOUR TURBO & INTERCOOLER AS LPG IS INJECTED POST TURBO ACCORDING TO ENGINE LOAD, WITH NO LPG INJECTED AT IDLE OR DECELERATION OR GEAR CHANGE.

The LPG is drawn from the LPG cylinder in liquid form which then passes through our custom vapouriser before being injected as a vapour. Other systems that draw vapour from the top of the LPG cylinder can pick up splash (liquid) under 4wd type conditions and enter your engine via your turbo in a liquid state massively and dangerously over fuelling and detonating your diesel engine (liquid LPG expands 270 x itself 1lt liquid = 270lt vapour.

As with all vehicle LPG systems, after you fit the system, the installation must be certified by a licensed LPG installer in your state. Costs $100.00 - $200.00 and with the receipt for the installer you are entitled to claim the full govt rebate.

Any licensed LPG fitter can fit and/or certify this system as it is far easier than any LPG petrol system they currently fit so they will have no trouble installing.  Just ask your local LPG installer for their availability.

We fully support you or your chosen installer with installation tech support no matter how many times it is needed.

If you wish to order a fully installed kit, we also have installers around the country that can service your needs. 

For sale here is a V2 under-bonnet kit which you can fully or semi install yourself at home and take the vehicle to an LPG installer for final plumbing and added of LPG compliance plate.

Dear Robert The landcruiser was unreal. I just towed my caravan 2000kms like it wasnt there. Sitting on 110 with plenty of power for overtaking. The power comes in like flicking on a light switch. The gas when towing is lasting aroung 600 plus km. When towing the van, the gas is saving me 10 litres of diesel every 500 kms travelled (head winds). My engine is still tight from a recent the rebuild so this will only get better. I will email you some results from normal driving when i have them.

I am extremely happy with the Gas installation. I am currently getting out of 120 ltr fuel and 20 ltr LPG 1050 kms as previously was getting out of 120 ltr fuel only just under 700kms. (this is from full to the reserve light coming on) So I guess the 30% you claim as extra fuel economy is true. I also have a far more responsive truck now and I love it when I overtake and tow my van...it is a breeze to drive. I now look forward to speak to anyone that may be interested in the Gas system and give them the news! Thank you very much

Hi Rob. I finally got my vehicle fitted with your Gas System. I am very impressed with the increase in power particularly when the vehicle is fully loaded or overloaded. If you switch off the LPG while going uphill under load it really shows and you soon have the urge to switch on the Gas again. In summery I have a very good reliable non turbo demonstrator and had no problem installing the kit and look forward to installing more.

Hi Rob. Over the weekend we went to visit family in Swansea NSW and it being the first decent trip away after the Gas installation, I am happy to tell you that I have managed to do so far 810klms and still have a 1/4 of tank of diesel. The gas indicator showed one small light on and as I am not used to the gas readings, I filled it for $10.50. As the tank holds 32 ltrs, the one light indication must mean that the gas tank still had 16 ltr left and there was no need to fill up. I am confident that the truck will still do another 200 klmsbefore the empty diesel fuel light is displayed, giving me a total of well over 1000 klmson a tank full of gas and diesel.I am absolutely ecstatic with that result, as I carry a fair load on my roof as well as gear inside. In the past the best I ever got out of a full tank of diesel was just over 700klms, so not only do I get heaps better fuel economy, but also heaps more power. In short, I am extremely happy and as we are planning a caravan trip around OZ in 2008, the Gas installation will pay for itself in no time at all. In the mean time I am telling and showing everyone the Gas system and anyone that is interested in doing something about our environment as well as having more power and an excellent improved fuel economy should seriously look at this Gas system. The service I have received from Jamie Waterhouse in fitting this system, was excellent and I would certainly recommend him to anyone as a dedicated mechanic. Thank you again Robert for the introduction to Jamie Waterhouse, as my present results speak for themselves.

Hi Robert

Well, I finally did it and got the System installed on the beast last night. The Eco-Gas kit has made an immediate and noticeable improvement to the car. Driving a normally aspirated 2.8L, 4 Runner, ANY improvement is appreciated. I gained about 20% power and with only 89KW to start with, this makes a very good improvement. Thanks for the information and your help in organising an installer for me.

Hi Robert, You may remember my vehicle is a 2003 WG 2.7 CRD Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I just got back from my trip to Queensland and the Territory. The good news is that after sitting idle in Charleville for 2 weeks, while we were off riding our motorbikes, the blockage caused by the contaminated LPG cleared by itself on the return journey. I've changed the line-up so that the filter is after the heater (as should have been if i followed the instruction manual) so hopefully I won't have any further issues with contaminated LPG. I don't suppose Shell and BP are offering to pay for the cleaning of blocked LPG units? (Robert add's "YES THEY WILL) By the way, on the return trip towing a trailer with 3 bikes on it at 110 kph the trip computer on the Jeep showed a saving of 2 L/100kms with the gas flowing.

We are an agent for Robert and the Eco-Gas System. I have installed a System to my own Land Cruiser 100 Series with super results. I have a 20 litre gas tank mounted under the driver side floor that gives me 1000km range LPG to Diesel. Full Diesel tank capacity is maintained. Power output from the vehicle is increased, economy is increased and "Black Smoke" or particulate pollution is greatly reduced. My own experience shows a fuel reduction from 11.4 l/100km to 9.6 l/100km combined fuel. A small proportion of LPG is injected into the engine, and diesel is always introduced, as before. In the event LPG runs out, the vehicle runs on straight diesel as before. During "Dual Fuel" running as the burn process is more complete your diesel usage reduces, extends range on tank refills and increases power output.
