When returning goods, you must ensure they are SATISFACTORILY WRAPPED IN WATERPROOF PACKING OR ORIGINAL DELIVERY PACKAGING (do not use thin plastic wrapping such as bin liners) No refund will be issued if goods are badly wrapped and are soiled or damaged when in transit.

SHIPPING INFORMATION Goods are usually shipped within 7 working days or less, after payment is received. Our normal delivery charge covers all UK MAINLAND addresses. For shipping to Ireland and other offshore UK addresses please call us prior to ordering for a quote. You must provide us with a contact number when purchasing your rug, to enable our couriers to contact you if they have any problems with delivery. Deliveries are Monday to Friday anytime between 8am - 6pm. A signature is required as proof of delivery, we cannot leave your rug unattended for any reason. It can be left with a neighbour if you give your permission to do so.
