Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt provided they are returned in new condition, in the original untorn packaging, with all tags intact, have not been worn, washed or stained and have no odour. They must be resellable as new to qualify for a refund. The original P&P will not be refunded and the return P&P is to be paid by the buyer. A restocking fee of £2 will be charged to cover relisting fees and admin costs. If the item is faulty, a replacement will be sent, provided one is in stock at the time. If this is not possible, the cost of the item and all P&P costs will be refunded.
