We offer fully insured delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Business Post. We always try where possible to notify you of the day of delivery in advance. This is only possible in the UK.

All of our products come with a minimum 12 months repair warranty covering parts and labour. Many of our offers include an extended warranty which is valid in the UK. This means you won't have to send the camera back to the country of origin but can have it repaired locally to you.

PLEASE NOTE OUR STATED WARRANTY PERIODS ARE THE TOTAL COVERAGE FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. EG 3 YEARS WARRANTY MEANS 3 YEARS OF COVER IN TOTAL.
