Methods of Payment

- Bank Transfer – Details will be emailed to you if you request them.
- Postal Order - Please contact us after purchase for our postal address. It is in your interest to send Postal Orders by Recorded or Special Delivery only.
- Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.
- Please ensure that if you pay by PayPal, your account is verified and your address is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel your order if paypal does not provide us with these correct account details. |
POSTAL: All items are in stock and are despatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.
- UK Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class – normally 1 - 2 working days, but not guaranteed.
- Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail – normally 2 – 5 working days, but not guaranteed.
We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.
P&P Explained Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above

RETURN: - Must email us within 7 days of receipt. - Must be returned within 7 days of receipt. - Postage fees will not be refunded in any case.
For faulty item exchange, - Items returned are tested, and if found in working order will be returned and all shipping costs will be bome by the customer. - All faulty item will only be exchanged for the same item only and if that item is no longer in stock, we will offer an alternative product with the same price. - We do not offer refund for faulty item.
For any other reason within 7 days from receipt we will refund you less the P&P and 25% re-stocking fee. -All items must be unused, in its original packaging with all its accessories and still in 100% re-saleable condition. - Opened packaging or lost packaging return items are subject to a 50% refund deduction. - Item missing accessories or had been tempered with (if obvious man-made scatch... etc.), we will not exchange or refund in any case, item will be returned to buyer. - All returned item will be tested before refund or replacement can be issue.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item by a “signed for” service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.
