After Sales Support Warranty Policy

l       12-months After Sales Support Warranty Policy is provided after the dispatch date for our selling item.

l       We are responsible only for the defect caused by manufacturers.  We will bear the cost of labour & parts for repair of a manufacture defect. 

l       If item comes with a warranty card, please keep it & must present in order to make claim.

l       The Policy does not cover the damages of cosmetic damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.  We reserve right to examine the actual causes of the damages and make an ultimate decision.

l       The Policy does NOT cover any connection cables, battery, charger, remote controller, external casing, memory card & accessories.

l       You will be responsible for all costs of having the item returned to you.

l       The Policy is given to the original buyer.  It cannot be transferred to third party. 

Shipping & Handling

l       After full payment is received & cleared, the item will be shipped to you from Hong Kong directly.  Online tracking number is available at the same time.

l       Provide tracking nos. for sending by Courier or Registered Airmail package.

l       Courier package normally takes about 2-4 working days ; Registered or Regular Airmail package takes 4-10 working days to arrive in most countries excluding customs clearance time.  For some countries, it may take a longer time to deliver.

Return & Refund Policy

l       You are able to return for exchange if the sold item is found defected by the manufacturers within 7 days of receipt. 

l       No refund and replacement is issued after this period.

l       Buyer must return brand new item with whole original package content including cartons, boxes, manuals, any accessories, documentation and registration that shipped with the item. 

l       Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information will result to rejection on the returned item.

l       Buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and insurance. 

l       We may issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.  The full refund ( same currency paid by the Purchaser and not guarantee the currency rates ). 

l       No refund for postage and shipping insurance costs.
