If the winning auction is unfortunately found to be defective upon receipt, you are required to inform the seller of this within 36 hours through e-bay system and return it within 7 days of receipt. If you fail to do so, no replacement, exchange or refund will be offered no matter what reasons you have.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the returned item(s) must be not be used and be in the original condition with original packaging. A written confirmation will be issued upon receipt of the returned item through e-bay email system. The whole process usually takes about 30 days.
Refund can only be made when the item is out of stock and no relative shipping cost will be refunded.
