We currently ship to the UK Mainland including Scotland and Wales. We are unable to ship to the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland. We do not ship to Europe or the rest of the world.

Deliveries are made by a one man delivery service. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address. If you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. Please be aware that if you purchase a product on an express delivery service and require assistance with the positioning of the product you must arrange the assistance yourself. If you agree a booked delivery time and this then fails due to your not being present on arrival, a fee of £10 will be applied for redelivery

Please inspect the packaging for damage immediately upon receipt. If there is any error of doubt please sign for the goods as "damaged".

If this is not carried out and any damage or faults are not reported to us within 72 hours your claim will not be valid and we will not replace the item.

If the item is returned un-opened and in its original condition we will refund the item cost minus postage and ebay fees. Please note we will NOT refund any item that has been assembled or modified in any way or form.
