Quality stainless steel cookware

Each of our pans in the Professional Cooks range are made from only the highest quality 18/10 stainless steel providing a beautifully polished finish that is resistant to corrosion and staining.
 
Generously sized, each pan has an encapsulated aluminium base providing exceptionally even heat distribution ensuring food cooks evenly preventing sticking, burning or hot spots. Energy efficient, they allow you to cook at lower temperatures and are suitable for gas, electric and induction hobs.
 
The self-basting lids keep juices in the pan, ensuring flavours are not lost, and the rims are designed to make pouring easy and accurate. Each pan is ovenproof and includes an extremely strong tubular steel handle, secured in place with sturdy stainless steel rivets for year after year of reliable performance.
 
The frying pans are Teflon coated and each pan is dishwasher safe.
