Parcel Tracking: All our parcels are sent through Australia Post by a system called POST eParcel. www.eparcel.com.au Each parcel carries with it a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process so we (DIY Tools) can track exactly where your parcel is on request. The parcel will be delivered to your door where you will be required to sign for it. If no one is home, a card will be left advising which post office the parcel is left at and you can go and collect it. If a card has not been left, you can use the eParcel website to determine if it has arrived at your local Australia Post Office where you can simply go and collect it.

Shipping & Delivery

• Please make sure your address you enter via our checkout is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS and we are not liable or responsible if you made a mistake or do not inform us of any changes.
• All our auctions have a postage calculator, so please enter your postcode to calculate your shipping costs.
• Dispatch of goods is during business hours from Monday - Friday.
• Item will not ship until payment has been received in full.
• Once payment is received we will send you an email informing you the day your goods will be dispatched including a eParcel delivery number for tracking purposes.
• In most cases you will receive your goods quickly but please allow up to 10 working days for them to arrive.
• If you have not received your parcel after 10 working days, please contact your local post office and quote your eParcel delivery number.
• We will do everything we can to ensure delivery, but can ultimately not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.

• Warranty is 30 days unless stated otherwise in the Ad description.
