Built to last a lifetime, our casserole dishes from Professional Cooks are cast from molten iron for incredible strength and durability. Available in enamelled orange and black cast iron, each with fully enamelled interior, the dishes look simply stunning and have excellent self-basting and heat retaining properties.

 

Perfect for slow cooking, they are great for roasts, stews and soups and will turn even cheaper cuts of meat into something delicious. Suitable for hob and oven cooking and for all cookers including induction (up to a maximum of 180ºc, 340ºF, Gas mark 4), the casserole dishes are available in a choice of black or orange with a round or oval design.

 

The round pan measures 23 x 23 x 17cm and has a capacity of 4 litres.

 

The oval pan measures 28 x 22 x 15cm and has a capacity of 4.5 litres.

 

Not suitable for use in microwaves.
