All items must be checked upon delivery for any damages. A good first inspection of the packaging is the first step. If the packaging shows any serious damage it is highly possible the item inside is damaged. If upon receipt of your item you notice any damage to the packaging report this to the delivery person before signing. 
Any damages MUST be reported to the driver at the point of delivery.(As above)

At this point the delivery paperwork must be marked "DAMAGED IN TRANSIT" and get the driver to sign this also. 

Furniture Bargains123 must be informed of any damages within 48 hours of delivery in writing by fax (01782) 869519 or email.

Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging by suitable means of transport. (Same as method used to deliver). 
The return costs will be met by the buyer until claim is processed.
IF THESE TERMS ARE NOT ADHERRED TO THEN THE SELLER ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE 
We will endeavour to replace the item or part of the item at the earliest possible opportunity.
If you purchase an item and decide you wish to return it, the following applies.

You are legally entitled to a 7 day "cooling off" period. 
You the buyer have 7 days to return the item to us, registered mail, at your own cost in brand new unused condition and in the original packaging, undamaged. 
A 10% service charge will be deducted from all refunds   
Delivery of items can be from 9am to 10pm   

AVAILABILITY: The majority of our items are in stock, if not all will be available within 21 working days.
