Shipping - Domestic

• $14.95 Flat Rate for domestic shipments.
• Most domestic items are shipped either via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

• We ship all international packages via USPS (advertised as 6-10 day shipping).
• Delivery dates are NOT guaranteed due to customs.
• Most, if not all, shipments can be tracked with your customs number depending on the country.
• We have no control over how long shipping takes when it leaves our warehouse and the United States.
• Some packages may take longer if they are stopped in customs (we've seen as long as 3-4 weeks in some countries).
• We will NOT claim items as a gift. No exceptions. This is against the law and makes us liable for prosecution.
• We will NOT claim the value of items to be less than the winning bid amount. No exceptions. This is also against the law and makes us liable for prosecution.
• We are NOT responsible for any taxes or duties. These are applied by the receiving country's government and are beyond our control. Your country may require payment of a tax or duty upon receipt of the item.
• Please keep in mind that the final selling price and shipping costs do NOT include any customs taxes or duties. These are applied by the receiving country's government outside of any Ebay or Paypal transaction. Keep this in mind when bidding.

• $34.95 Flat Rate for Canadian shipments.

Shipping - Worldwide (Except Italy)

• $54.95 Flat Rate for worldwide shipments.
• Due to customs issues and the long list of government restricted imported items, we WILL NOT ship to Italy. If you are from Italy, please do not bid. Sorry.

Payment

Feedback

• Positive feedback will be left once the buyer receives the item and leaves positive feedback for the seller. If there are any questions, please send us a message through Ebay or email us at summitsellers@gmail.com. There is no reason to leave negative feedback. We will do our best to make sure all of our customers are satisfied.

Refunds

• You must contact us immediately upon receipt and we must receive returned item within 7 days of the date you received the item. Item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags and accessories attached. You will receive your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. The fee covers reimbursement of Ebay final value fees, listing fees, Paypal fees, and costs of restocking the item. Sorry - We cannot refund shipping costs. REFUND RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
