PRICING Most of our listings will start at or below landed wholesale cost, depending on condition. SHIPPING We always do everything possible to minimize shipping cost including creating re-packs when possible and shipping UPS items as a single shipment. If you are ordering different items over several days, please wait to pay your invoice until all winning bids are completed. Send us a request for an invoice so we can adjust the shipping. PRODUCT CONDITION All of our products come from a retail store operation. All of our listing are for new products, however for your benefit we list them in one of the following two ways. "NEW" This is for products that are either still in their factory cartons or come shipped loose, but are in factory fresh condition. "DISPLAY This is for products that have been on display in one of our stores. These products may be in varying conditions due to the handling that occured by customers. The following are used to describe our DISPLAY conditions: EXCELLENT - 95% or better of PERFECT, VERY GOOD - 85% - 95% of PERFECT, minor paint only scratches. FAIR - 65% - 85% of PERFECT, numerous paint scratches only and/or very minor chips. POOR - 45%-65% of PERFECT, numerous paint scratches and/or broken pieces that can be repaired. APPAREL When we begin listing our apparel products, some will be listed in their breed categories, and some will be listed in Collectibles/Animals/Dog/OTHER. These listings will offer you the opportunity to bid on apparel that can be custom embroidered in over 120 breeds including the pets name if desired.
