If delivery is booked and you are not home, then a delivery card will be left. 

Please check your goods carefully before signing and only sign the delivery note once you are satisfied that the goods are in perfect condition. If the delivery note is signed then no claims for damages/faulty goods can be made thereafter.

All our parcels require a signature on delivery. A calling card will be left if no one is home to accept the delivery with a number to call to re-arrange delivery. Please reply promptly to these cards to avoid the parcel being returned to us and you incurring a second postage charge.

All deliveries are done by third party couriers and the delivery is a door to door delivery service.

All deliveries are one man deliveries and the driver may need assistance to unload the item.
