If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please inform us within 7 days and return the item with the original packaging and tags. We will then issue a full refund for the item and postage costs.
If you decide that you do not like an item please inform us within 7 days and return the item with the original packaging and tags. We will then issue a refund for the cost of the item and initial postage - we do not refund return postage costs.
If your item is lost in the post we will initiate a claim with Royal Mail, any compensation received for the lost item will be forwarded on to you. |
