Delivery

All deliveries must be arranged via phone 

We arrange all deliveries with a phone call, We will attempt to contact you usually within 2-3 working days to arrange delivery provided we have a contact telephone number as requested.

Please have your eBay item number and username ready for reference.

Without pre-arranging delivery we will not dispatch any items 



We offer a standard courier delivery service to customers in the UK.

Times for Delivery
Delivery can only be arranged for your preferred day Mon-Fri,
the courier will deliver anytime between 8:30am - 5:30pm,we cannot specify a time
The item will require a signature on receipt to confirm all boxes have been received in good condition. 

The areas we deliver to home assembly

The price for this service is the standard postage price in your listing
N. Ireland & Offshore UK
Delivery to these areas incur a £15 surcharge.

This is per order, if you win two or more items which you have arrange to be delivered at the same time there will be one single surcharge on top of the total postage costs.

These areas are not always guaranteed next day service.

Frightened of flat-pack? 
We can assemble items for you professionally in our own work-shop to the highest standards - no more wasted weekends!

This assembled service is offered only to those within 50miles of us (approx.)
Otherwise items will be sent via courier flat-pack for home assembly as standard.

Delivery will be charged depending on your location.
This charge is usually £10-£30 per drop within 50miles excluding any assembled surcharges,

Assembled items take up to 7-21 days for collection or delivery

Some items can not be assembled
This is usually due to the size of the item, e.g. beds & large wardrobes.

The symbol indicates whether it is possible to pre-assemble the item for either collection or delivery.

For a small charge we can assemble your item, we base the charge on the time it takes our assembler to build it.
This surcharge is in addition to the winning bid of the item and any delivery costs.
If you place an order over £500 we can assemble the items free of charge!
(delivery charges may still apply)

We divide items into categories, The price for assembly depends on its category,

Assembled items are non-refundable
We cannot offer refunds on assembled items.
You will be required to sign for your items in goodcondition on receipt.

All deliveries are to your door only
Our local drivers are friendly and helpful, however the service offered is only to your door.
They may be willing to help move the item to the room of your choice however this is at the drivers discretion, please ask when arranging delivery to avoid any disappointment.

Our drivers are not insured to be in your house so any damages caused are at your own risk and we nor the driver can not be held responsible.
The driver may require assistance with larger items
You may be required to help the driver with items which are either too heavy or too large for one man.
You will be advised if this is the case when we arrange your delivery.
If you are not able to assist you may be required to ensure someone is around who is. 
Please consider the size of items before asking for an assembled service
We are only responsible for getting the items to you.
Items such as wardrobes and large chests may be too large to move into your required room 
Please understand that if an item you have requested to be assembled is too large to enter your house or be moved to the required room it is then your responsibility.
We cannot advise you whether an item will fit into your house
Only you can make that decision, each listing has assembled dimensions, please use these and account for the largest of dimensions when considering how much room you have.
You will need to consider and will need to know of any obstacles such as 
stairs, narrow doorways or corridors or even if you live in a flat.
All of which may cause problems for the delivery driver.
