After all, they say there are only 10 types of people in this world: those who understand binary and those who don't.
When the LED light is on it means 1, and if the LED light is off, it means 0.
The first row denotes the hours, and the second row denotes the minutes.
To read the time, simply add the hours on the top row for the hours and add the numbers on the bottom row for the minutes.

Returns policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and UK Distance Selling Act. The cooling-off period is 7 days from the day after that on which the goods are received by the consumer. Any request for refund after 7 days of receipt will not be considered. However, a replacement of the same/similar item or a credit note will be given.
(a) The goods are received by us in stock condition, with original packaging and we retain the right at our sole discretion whether to accept the return of the goods or whether to rectify the goods or whether to issue a credit note in respect thereof. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on goods returned for credit which are not in stock condition.
(b) The purchaser shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of outward and return carriage and insurance of all goods returned by the purchaser to us for service or credit which goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until actual receipt of the goods by us.
