Manufactured from cast iron and enamel, (thickness of enamel 1.5-2.0mm interior)

If items have to be redelivery more than once a charge will incur.(redelivery means that the courier has tried to delivery to the specified address but for no fault of his own the deliver was not executed

We would advise that it is prudent to wait untill your goods actually arrive before making a definate arrangement with your plumber. We also strongly advise that you should only have the items installed by a professional plumber. We cannot extend our guarantee to any item which has not been installed by a professional plumber.

We use a courier for our deliveries. The postage costs from the North of Ireland to the Republic may seem slightly higher than expected. This is due to circumstances beyond our control, the never ending issue of "the border" etc. We are happy to facilitate buyers who wish to collect goods themselves, or arrange their own transportation. If you can find a courier who beats us on price please let us know and we can start using them too!
