7 Days of receipt

If not fully satisfied with your item within 7 days you may return it (Refunds only accepted if the item is faulty) Keep packing & delivery notes, return them + item intact. Genuinely faulty goods replaced/refunded, but we must be advised on receipt. If the item is found to be faulty, we will refund Royal Mail 2nd Class postage costs. No exchange or refund for any item after 30 days. Perfect items can be exchanged within 7 days, with postage costs paid by buyer (returned unopened and/or unused)
