Collection from our warehouse in Pembroke Dock can be arranged by prior appointment,
Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8AM to 4.30PM
There is no charge for personal collection.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are processed and despatched from our storage facility in Pembroke Dock, West Wales.
We aim to despatch goods on the next- working day following the order and we will always try
and call you to arrange a delivery day (Mon-Fri) that is convenient for you.

Most mainland UK consignments are delivered via Nightfreight on a
next-working day service. Due to the sturdy nature of our Basketball Stands the
packaged boxes can be extremely heavy, up to 36kg in weight. The delivery driver may
therefore need assistance when delivering and a signature is required for all consignments.

Consignment will arrive via Nightfreight, and the delivery can be anytime between the hours of
8am-6pm, although 93% of deliveries are made before lunchtime. Sorry but we are unable to give
you a designated time of delivery, and unable to state AM or PM deliveries.
