Return Policy

  • For replacement of CD-Rom (in case of defective item), merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt unless it's advertised differently and in the original packaging accompanied with a copy of packing slip or invoice.
  • In order to return the defective item for replacement, you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), and be on visible on the box or label it is being returned in. Items returned without RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender.
