Our dispatch time is simple, we send items everyday at 12 noon. This means if you order before that time on a given day with enough time we can get it dispatched on the same day.
We have provided a few delivery options via Royal Mail. If you require an item the next day, there is an option for Special delivery. Other options only have recommended delivery times, there's no guarantee when an item will be delivered.
Online Tracking is available for Recorded, Special and International delivery items only.

**RETURNS AND REFUNDS**
If you purchase an item in error and choose not to pay you should at least stay in touch and agree to the unpaid item notification. If you let us know via email, it's better for us and we can end the transaction mutually. This means you won't get an unpaid item strike.
If we send the incorrect item or it isn't as described, we will allow you to return it to us and we'll reimburse you all the costs including return postage fee (again just contact us).
