Delivery:

We can only accept orders from UK registered eBay users

We can only deliver to PayPal & eBay confirmed billing addresses. We are not able to amend a delivery address after an order has been placed.

The address we deliver to will be the address that is registered on your account when you click the 'Buy It Now' icon. Amending your address after you have selected to buy the item or sending a message through PayPal requesting we amend the delivery address will have NO effect on the address we deliver to.

If you do not receive your item you should inform us within 10 working days of the order being placed. We are unable to investigate after this time.

If your item is not paid for immediately there may be a delay of up to 3 working days for your order to be despatched.

Orders placed over a weekend will be processed the following working day.

Please be aware that, at times, the couriers may experience delays in delivering your order. As such we would request that you allow 3 working days for this to arrive before contacting us.  

 Buyer Requirements:

PLEASE NOTE: If you unlock this handset the manufacturer warranty becomes void, and the handset may not work as described.

Returns:

You have 7 days in which to contact us from the date you receive the item if you no longer want the item.

We will not accept returns on used items.

We do not refund postage on items you choose to return.

 We can accept faulty exchanges up to 28 days after receipt. After this time you should contact the manufacturer.

Should you have any queries or problems please contact us via eBay messaging only. Emails sent elsewhere may not be responded to.

We respond to all queries within 24 working hours.

If you have any problems or issues regarding your item or our advert we request that you contact us via eBay messaging detailing your complaint before leaving negative feedback. If an error has occurred we are more than happy to rectify this any way we can.

Our hours of business are 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. This is for both messages and our despatch times. If you contact us or order from us outside of these times we will respond to your message/act upon your order when our offices open.

General:

All items are BRAND NEW, boxed, direct from our  warehouse

Please note: The packaging may have been opened as part of our quality control process. In these cases the items have not been removed and all items will be present.

All items are covered by a 12 month manufacturer warranty.

We always endeavour to ensure that the information contained in our adverts is accurate and current, although some errors do occur on occasion. If you spot any errors with our adverts or the description of the item please contact us via eBay messaging and we will do all we can to rectify the error. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in these cases.
