We try our best to answer your questions in a timely manner and most of the time we respond in less than 4 Business Hours. We are aware that the communication problems between the seller and the buyer could be frustrating if left unresolved. We would like to let you know that we will respond to all after-sale questions based upon our knowledge.

If you asked a question and did not get any response in an 8 Business Hour Interval, please try again, and if you still did not get any response in the next 8 hours, it could be either that we do not receive your emails or you do not get our email answers. In this case, please check your email server, email address quotas and/or spam email folder and try again, and if you still do not get any response, please call us at the contact number that is stored at eBay. All calls should be based on an item number. For urgent cases, please repeat this procedure in 4-hour intervals.

Feedback Policy: We strongly recommend all our customers to post a feedback. Our management System is set in to an Automatic Audit Program. This program automatically leaves feedback once received. If you do not receive feedback in 3 days after you leave a feedback for us please contact us.

 Warranty and Guarantee

Warranty and Guarantee terms start from purchase date. Buyer will be responsible, if replacement warranty or money back guarantee ceases due to late payment. If shipment takes more than 3 days starting from payment date, any delays will be deducted from the warranty and guarantee time interval. Shipping/Handling/Insurance costs are not refundable. Buyer will be responsible for returning back the supposedly defective item. Before returning the item, please contact us to get an RMA#. If the item is found to be defective, a replacement will be shipped, otherwise the same item will be returned back.

Please be advised that in the event of a negative feedback left for us with abandon and/or before giving us a chance to resolve any type of issue related to our products or services, the above-mentioned warranty and guarantee will be rendered voided immediately.

US Shipping and Payment Details

Accepted payment methods: Paypal ( sales@sib-usa.com ), Checks and Money Orders are the accepted payment methods. Purchases of more than $200 require a confirmed shipping address for paypal  payments, otherwise your payment may not be accepted and/or this may result in late shipment. This policy serves to protect you against any possible identity theft and/or fraudulent purchases through stolen cards. For money orders and check payments, please make them payable to Systems Integration Business Corp, and include your item number, User ID, Correct Name and shipping address in the payment envelope.

Shipping Response Time: Same/Next day shipment upon confirmation of your payment. (Note: Shipments for Paypal payments with unconfirmed addresses may take longer.)

Shipping Notification: An e-mail will be sent to your eBay e-mail address upon item is shipped out. (Note: if you do not receive this e-mail in 12 Business Hours upon payment, please contact us to verify the status of your transaction.)

Shipping Destination: Shipping/Handling rates shown below in the Shipping and Payments detail section apply to 50 US States, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses and other US territories with a valid US zip code.

Shipping Address: For Paypal payments, there is only one shipping address section. Please include your shipping address in this section correctly. Please include your confirmed address to avoid any possible delays in shipment. Please do not include a second shipping address in the notes section during payment, as it will be disregarded. For Money orders and Check Payments, please include your Item Number, User Id, Correct Name and Shipping Address in the payment envelope.

Combined Shipments: Combined Shipping Discount is eligible for Identical Item Purchases. Each additional item s/h rates can be found at the 'Shipping and Handling' section and Seller's Payment Instructions section. Non-Identical Item Purchases are not eligible for Combined Shipping Discount even if they may be shipped in the same package.

Insurance: Insurance is not offered for our shipments, our standard shipping and warranty policies already cover the classical concepts. We store the delivery confirmation numbers for every package we ship and if USPS delivery records do not confirm the package is delivered in 21 business days after shipment, we consider it as a lost item, and we either refund your payment or ship a second item if available. We work faster than any insurance company! If USPS Database shows that the package has been delivered, we do not accept any responsibility for claimed lost packages. If you receive the item as damaged, our warranty policy already covers the possible losses. In this case, please contact us to get an RMA number for replacement. On the other hand, USPS Shipments rarely take longer than expected and in this case, we do not want you to get stuck with the purchase you made and offer full refund including s/h if the shipment takes more than 7 business days, upon directly returning back the package without opening.

However, if you open the package, you will lose the full refund option, but still be eligible for refund that is explained in the warranty section.

 (Note: As APO and FPO addresses are not eligible for delivery confirmation, these shipments are not eligible for the above considerations and we do not accept any responsibility for lost item claims or delayed shipment cases for shipments to those destinations.) 

Sales Tax: NJ residents, please add 7% for sales tax.

Pickups: Our Warehouse is not Eligible for Pickups but for extremely urgent cases we would like to help you. There is no standard discount from s/h rates for the Pickups as handling such requests costs more time.

International Shipping & Payment Details

Accepted Payment Methods: Paypal (sales@sib-usa.com) is the only accepted payment method for International Shipments. Money orders are only accepted from Canadian buyers. Except Canada, we do not accept international checks and money orders and please note that these types of payments will not be processed if and when they are sent to us.

Shipping Response Time: Same/Next day shipment upon confirmation of your payment. We will send a shipping notification email to your eBay and/or Paypal email addresses. If you do not receive shipping notification in 2 days, please contact us.

Insurance and Shipping Rates: International shipment rates can be found in the Seller payment instructions section at the bottom of this listing. We have two types of rates for international shipments, insured and not insured. Insured shipment rates are higher, but they secure your investment in lost item cases. If you choose the uninsured shipping type and in the event item gets lost, we do not accept any responsibility. If you choose an insured shipment type and in the event item gets lost, a lost claim will be sent to USPS and USPS will resolve the case.

Italy: As we receive too much lost item package claims from Italian buyers we no longer accept uninsured shipping payment from Italian Buyers. Italian Buyers should check the Insured shipping rates and arrange the payment accordingly.

Non-Paying Bidders: Payment must be received within 7 business days of the auction close. If you are not sure of paying for the item please do not place bid on it. Non payment may lead to your account suspension at eBay.
