Payments

WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL.  Please make your payment promptly and within a maximum of 5 days (unless arranged otherwise).  If payment is not received within the given time limit we will send reminders and then follow the Ebay procedures and report non payers.  Items paid for before 12.00 noon will usually be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday).

Returns Policy

We offer a seven working day returns policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

A buyer can inform us of his or her wish to return an item, for any reason, within seven working days after the date on which the buyer received the item.

Provided: (a) the buyer sends the item back us via a postal service that is recorded (i.e. the post is signed for) or trackable online; and (b) the item is undamaged and in a fully re-saleable condition, we will accept this return and refund to the buyer the full purchase price, including all postage costs previously paid by the buyer in connection with the purchase of the item.

In relation to returned items that are defective or significantly not as described, we will refund buyers' postage costs for returning the items. In relation to items that are simply unwanted, we require buyers to return the items at their own expense.

Postage & Packing Costs

We strive to keep our postage costs low.  The buyer pays this amount and it includes any packaging costs and an element towards the Ebay listing and final value sales fees.  We always obtain a Certificate of Posting for all items sent.  We try to send items paid for before 12.00 noon on the same day (Monday to Friday).  We always post within one working day.
