We are a family run business and view customer service as a very important aspect of our business. Our aim is to make sure we offer a professional service and treat you, the customer as we would like to be treated ourselves. We believe in 100% customer satisfaction from start to finish of any sales transaction. We are a husband and wife team that have worked in the service industry and understand that customer is king! So if you’re not happy then we are not happy. We stock a very broad range of products but if there is something that you can’t find on eBay why not email us and we will try and source it for you. Our aim is to please! We operate from a 2000sq ft warehouse and deal directly with manufacturers so our cost base is kept low for you to enjoy....no middle men here!

Postage and Packaging

Save up 50% on P&P for each additional eligible item you buy from Belvedere Store Limited. Please email for details.  Items that are bought and paid for before 12 noon will be dispatched that very same day by 2^nd class post for standard packets and parcels.  If you require your item(s) to be dispatched by 1^st class mail just let us know as soon as you purchase. Whilst most items will be delivered within a couple of days please do allow for bank holidays and holiday periods. If you require an item quickly there is also the option of our courier City Link providing a timed delivery service.  Just e-mail your request to us prior to placing an order. Please note a surcharge applies to this service. If your goods are being delivered by our courier, City Link, please provide a daytime contact number as we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries.

Communication

We recommend that messages are sent via the 'ask seller a question' link on any listing. We send winning buyer notifications, order confirmation, dispatch notifications to your email address. Please ensure that your eBay email address details are up to date. It will also help us to solve any problems if you put a daytime phone (mobiles are preferable) number in your eBay details or PayPal payment message. We provide a prompt response service as part of our customer satisfaction guarantee.

Payment Options

Please ensure that we receive payment within seven days of the close of the auction. We accept payments by PayPal, Personal Cheque or Postal Order. Personal Cheques will need to have cleared before the item will be dispatched. This process normally takes 10 working days from receipt of cheque. Please ensure that Postal Orders are crossed before sending by post.  If they are not crossed can you please ensure they are sent by Special Delivery as we will not be held responsible for any payment that is lost in the post. If you choose to send a payment by Personal Cheque or Postal Order please contact us for payee details and address. Please enclose item number(s) of the auction.  Please note collections are only permissible with prior agreement between both parties.

Returns Policy

We will refund any item returned (unused and in a re-sellable condition) within 14 days (item cost only).

If the item is damaged we will offer you a replacement where possible. Failing that a full refund is applicable.  All items are fully checked before dispatching so we insure that goods that are sent are of the best quality.

If the item has been damaged in transit we ask that you retain all packaging in order for us to take a claim against the postal service/courier.

Feedback

Our feedback rating is very important to us and is integral to our success. Should any problems arise ie description, packaging, dispatch or product quality, please email us as soon as possible so that we can resolve any issues you may have. We are always delighted to be told when we are doing a great job but just as much we like to hear if we’re not doing such a good job. So bid and buy with confidence!
