Shipping

All items are shipped from our UK warehouse within 24 hours of cleared funds received, usually the next working day after payment. All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail first class delivery. Guaranteed next day delivery is only available to UK customers who select the Special Delivery option during checkout. International orders are sent either standard airmail, International Signed For or Airsure, please see the postage & packaging section below for details. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is accurate, we are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

Payment

Returns

Please return your item within 7 days of receipt and notify us beforehand, please include our returns form with your item or we may not be able to process it. In the event that any item needs to be returned to us for whatever reason you agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to us arising from any product sold by us shall be the price of the product ordered and shipping costs to the buyer only.
