We will ship by courier once payment has cleared. Please allow 3-4 working days for courier delivery. A signature is required on delivery, should any goods be damaged on arrival please sign the delivery note as goods damaged, otherwise we are unable to accept any claim for damage.

Postage is to the UK mainland only and please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Unfortunately we cannot effectively deliver to Ireland (North or South) or any outside islands from the mainland. The delivery of your goods will be via courier and will need a signature on arrival. If nobody is in, the courier will have to take the goods back to their local hub and they will leave a contact card so you can arrange delivery for another day.

You may return unused or damaged/wrongly described goods within 7 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and MUST notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

For damaged/wrongly described goods, you may be eligible for a full refund after we have inspected the goods. If the goods are ordered in error or unwanted, and returned unopened, you will be eligible for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
