   You are buying your item from Zeff Photo, a retail photography store, and have been in business in Boston, MA for more than 60 years. Our clients range from industrial and professional to amateur photographers. In addition to our retail store, we also operate a mail order division.

Our eBay business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday, and Saturdays, 9:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Time.

• Winning bidders: please contact us at 617-489-3311 or by email at auctions@zeffphoto.com as soon as possible following close of the auction end with payment and shipping instructions. 

How to Pay for your Item

• Please contact us at 617-489-3311 to make a credit card payment or use the PAYPAL option when listed with the item.  When contacting us, please provide the eBay Auction Item Number, Address, Telephone number, email address when you call.
• . We do not share customer information with any third party

Shipping Info regarding your Item

• Please use the eBay Calculator to determine shipping cost to your location.  We strive to ship items within 24 hours of payments received at our office. Items will be shipped via the terms listed on the auction.
• Shipments to an address in Massachusetts include 5% state sales tax, unless you are a dealer with a Resale Certificate.
• Please allow additional shipping times for international shipments.
