As I'm sure you appreciate being eBayers yourselves, once we have sent your order, we are completely dependent upon the relevant post or courier service to keep their end of the bargain. If your item(s) take longer to arrive than you expected, please get in touch and we provide you with a tracking number where possible and/or track it for you.

We ship using 2nd Class Post, Parcelforce 48 or Nightfreight 3 Day service. We are happy to quote you for next day delivery or first class post or Royal Mail Special Delivery on any item we supply if you need something quickly. Call or email for details

Should you wish to pick up your order you are also welcome to do so, please call (01276 23330) beforehand and we will have your items waiting for you to collect.

If you live in the Highlands of Scotland we have to charge you a little more for courier delivery as you are further away, and all the couriers apart from the good old post office charge us more. If you live in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands we have to catapult your items across the sea so courier charges are more expensive.

We can now send courier shipments to Eire (£15.99), Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg (£13.99), France, Denmark & Germany (£16.99) - for other European destinations, please ask for a shipping quote before buying. We do not mail outside the UK - apart from postal Items to BFPO addresses.

ROGERS MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING DEALS

If you want to buy multiple items we always combine orders to send them to you as economically as possible. Broadly speaking we are able to ship up to 4 boxes of Padded Envelopes (Size A/000 - H/5) or 2 Boxes of (J/6 or K/7) or up to 100 cardboard mailing boxes, or 500 plastic mailers, or 144 rolls of tape (4 cases) for our standard courier charge.

For larger numbers or mixtures of items we tend to use NightFreight's 3 day service at a cost of £10.99 (excluding Devon, Cornwall, Dyfed, Powys, Scotland & Isles and other Offshore destinations). Please call or email for details.
