Return Terms

  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. To obtain an RMA, please send your request over email or eBay message. Remember your request must contain product failure detailed description. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at customer's own expense.
  • RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the returned parcel.
  • The customer pays shipping for all returns and we would pay the cost when sending back.
  • All claims for DOA( defect on arrival) must be made within the first 7 days of arrival.
