RETURNS POLICY

§         Items must be agreed in advance and returned within 7 days of receipt

§         Faulty items can be returned for an exchange where available or refund. The refund will be sent only once the faulty item has been received and the fault has been confirmed (i.e. not damaged or misused)

§         Non-Faulty items can be returned at your own expense. It must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original undamaged packaging. A handling charge of 10% or £5 whichever is greater will apply
