We at Autowbars (BFD) don't have too many T&Cs, we just ask our customers to be honest and reasonable, in return we shall be the same. We want you, the customer, to be happy with your purchase, as you pay our wages, NO CUSTOMERS, means we are out of work!
Please do remember that postal costs include packaging costs, ie tape, banding, paperwork etc, these all cost us, then we have to add VAT to that cost being a business. What you see on the stamp is not the total cost.
We could give every item FREE postage, building the cost into the item,however the folk that collect would then loose out

Return policy

In the unlikely event that any item is or becomes faulty,
AUTOWBARS (BFD) will replace the item free of charge within 12 months of purchase.
Fair wear and tear, improper fitment, & improper use NOT included. 
Items that are made to order such as number plates, and special build trailers can NOT be returned unless faulty, or not made as per order.
Should the need to return an item arise, the purchaser MUST contact Autowbars (BFD) before returning the item.

The return postage cost and insurance will be the responsibility of the purchaser, this will however be returned should the item be found to be faulty after testing.
