We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, unless signed for recorded postage has been paid for. We always obtain proof of posting certificate on all parcels sent. Returns will only be accepted if buyer has contacted us first, items must be returned in their original new condition complete with packaging. Cost of return postage will be met by the buyer. All our items are carefully checked and packed especially breakables, but we cannot be held responsible if they are damaged in the post, but we will assist with any claims should they arise. |
