We deliver, you enjoy! Department of Fun have searched the known universe to bring you this fantastic collection of high quality and fun products and accessories. 

We typically sell at 20 - 60% off the usual high street price but we are in no way a "no frills" retailer. We have full retail and warehouse facilities and pride ourselves on offering 1st class service on every occasion.

Most our items are dispatched the same day as long as your order is in and paid for by 2pm. N.B Some other larger equipment leave us by specialist carrier so orders must be finalised by 11:30 to leave the same day, if this is the case it will be noted on the individual listing.

Do you do discounts for large orders? - Yes, please contact us and we can work out what you need, what we can offer and explain how we set up a buy it now offer specifically for you.

One delivery charge - Only pay the delivery costs on one item, all additional items in your order are shipped for FREE.

International and offshore UK shipping - If you live outside the UK and shipping costs are not specified for you, please email or call us with details of the item(s) you're interested in and your country of residence and we will be happy to give you a quote. N.B. Quoted UK shipping cost for some of our larger items is for UK main land only, if this is the case it will be noted on the individual listing. All other products quoted for UK is classed as the entire UK as long as you have a UK postcode.

Refunds & Returns Summary: 

No quibble returns - We accept returns for unwanted items for whatever reason so long as the item returned has not been used.

Full refund or replacement for faulty items - Faulty items are replaced immediately on receipt of original goods at our warehouse. (If no replacement is available, an immediate refund will given).

Simple exchanges - If you wish to exchange for another size there is a simple process described in our returns FAQ. 

N.B. Certain Items such as wigs, hosiery, underwear etc. cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (costumes including wigs can be returned if the wig has not been worn).
