You are looking at a NETGEAR 54 Mbs ADSL wireless router.

This is the version for a standard phone line only....not cable.

I have used this for a couple of years now and it has been faultless. I am only selling because I got a BT home hub free with my ISP package.

I bought this from a real shop, it is not a 'giveaway' or configured to a particular internet providor. It has been restored to default factory settings ready for new setup.
