3. Good Condition, visible wear, possibly damaged corners, slighlty warped, marker damage, still good for collectors but not perfect.

2. Fair, still not to the point you woulnd't consider displaying the item but fairly condsiderable damage.

 PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

PAYMENT:

• Payment is due within 5 days of the auction end, if more time is needed for payment I'm willing to extend that time limit, but all I ask is that you respond to my e-mails so that I know your plan, otherwise the item will be relisted.
• If the item received isn't as described in this auction I will offer a full refund so bid with confidence (return shipping costs at the buyers expense)
• I will allow payments via Pay Pal, local pickup.
• Insurance for items that end more than $50.00 will be required.
• I will leave positive feedback for any purchase after I receive a confirmed payment.  I will NOT extort a positive feedback from you as some other sellers try to by making you leave feeback first.  If you pay for the auction in a reasonable amount of time, you will receive a positive feedback, simple as that!

SHIPPING: 

• I WILL combine shipping.  Highest shipping cost paid in full with an additional $2.00 shipping for games, accessories and other small items. For systems or other large shipments, e-mail me and we can work something out.
• Shipping for loose games will be $4.95
• Shipping for systems with accessories will be $13.95
• An additional $1.00 To Canadian bidders for loose or complete games (on SINGLE PURCHASES ONLY), for multiple purchases e-mail me and I will send you an adjusted shipping price. For SYSTEMs or all other items contact me.  I will only ship out international items twice a week, on MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS, keep that in mind.
• I will package the item with care to insure that the high bidder receives the item in the same condition that I ship it. Again, I MAKE SURE your item is secure and protected before shipping.  I know how aggravating it is to receive an item damaged due to poor packaging.
