Postage and delivery & Warranty: - Please note this scooter may come direct from the manufacturer it is delivered in one large box weighing 50kg complete. You will need to unpack and assemble the scooter. This is very easy but will need a person who is confident to do this and competent to assemble the parts as shown in the pictures. 

Four day delivery under ideal conditions, but we cannot guarantee 100% success.There are some situations beyond our control please allow 5 working days before you need the scooter just in case. If you are in any doubt please e-mail us before purchase for more information.

 

The warranty is the usual 12 months back to base (Fareham) and does not include batteries and tyres. If you need any advice please contact us on 0800 247 1738.

On the return of goods, a refund will be issued minus any delivery charges that have already been paid and minus a 15% restocking fee.
