We Ship Worldwide (Shipping weight 6kg or 12Lbs approx')

 

 Nema23 mounting, Chrome Shafting, Linear Bearings, Linear translation by Trapezoidal spindle assembled with user adjustable anti-backlash nuts and Ø43mm Kress Motor Mount.

 

Unlike many pre-Assembled Z axis we offer an additional flange bearing assembled to the top and bottom yoke, this prevents unnecessary strain on the stepper motor bearings.

The stepper motor and trapezoidal spindle are connected via a coupling within the Nema 23 motor mount, supplied with end caps.

x4pcs 20mm linear bearings are assembled within the Z axis housing, running over Ø20mm Chrome Plated Anti-Corrosion resistant shafting, The linear bearings are further protected by end caps.

Translation is via a Trapezoidal spindle assembeld with a Bronze and Derin nut, assembled as user adjustable zero backlash.

Euro neck Ø43mm Milling Spindle motor mount is assembled to the bottom yoke.

Nema 23 Motor Mount: Manufactured from aluminiun extrusion, pre-machined for Nema 23 stepper motors, x4 M5*1.0mm fixings. Supplied with coupling and end caps.

 

Chrome Shafting: WV20(h6) x2pcs Chrome Plated Induction Hardened Anti-corrosion and Precision Ground Round Rails / shafting: http://www.worldofcnc.com/images/Round_Rail%20W.pdf designed for use with our SC__UU housings and LME linear bearings.

Trapezoidal Spindle: TR12x3 Ø12mm Right hand thread (D) - (1 revolution = 3.0mm) Manufactured from C35E steel to a 7e tolerance, buttress thread form.:
