Unwanted items:
May be returned to us only if the following occurs:
- We have been notified via email within 7 days.
- Any accessories/parts in sealed bags remain so.
- The item arrives back here in re-saleable condition (unmarked).
- Postage fees will not be refunded.
Faulty items:
- Items sent back without authorisation will not be processed
- We pay returns postage only with receipt, no problem.
