CONDITION : Having just checked the cards one by one, I'm pleased to say that the general condition is very good for their age.
 
There are some scattered surface marks & typical light grubby handling sheen, ink impressions from the reverse of other cards, occasionally generally minor corner and edge wear, some generally minor scattered surface damage / typical loss of surface finish mainly near the edges of several cards (in my view barely detracts), significant surface grime to card 49, and the only notable crease I could detect is in card 17, running ca.20 mm long across the top right hand corner
 
 
  ONE  complete set of old cigarette cards in very good condition considering their age. Really interesting as they are, or a worthy addition to a related collection.
