NAUTILUS Smith Machine and Multi Gym

For sale in very good, and complete working order a Nautilus Smith machine and multi gym.  If you have not seen one of these machines before they are not to be confused with small home use multi gyms.

They are large industrial training machines which allow a full workout for almost every body part using disc weights and proper bars, there are no elastic resistance straps as used with some multi gyms.

The main feature of the Gym is the squat and bench bar which incorporates built in safety locks which allow you to train on your own whilst reducing risk of injury and allowing you to attempt that extra rep.

The Multi Gyms main exercise routines are:

o       Bench, (incline and decline)

o       Squat

o       Shoulder press

o       Peck deck

o       Pull down

o       Lateral raises

o       Rowing

o       Leg raises

…and with all the adjustments on the machine, any combination of the above and more.

The machine comes with a large number of Olympic weights as follows:

2 x 45 Ibs = 20.4kg

2 x 25 Ibs = 11.3 kg

4 x 10 Ibs = 4.5kg

4 x 5 Ibs = 2.3kg

2 x 2.5 Ibs = 1.1kg

All the running gear and pullies are very smooth with ball bearings giving a smooth clean repetition.

In all the machine is one of the best home/Industrial multi gyms available.

Ideally the machine needs around 2.5 to 3m in both directions but with the bench pushed away it can be stored in around 2m by 2m.  It will fit fine and can be used comfortably in a single garage.
