This is the 3rd of 3 lighters I am selling from the NATO School in Latina, Italy. It was purchased in the summer of 2000 and shows the then latest design of the school badge. The lighter is in new and unused condition but has a very slight scratch on the badge that can be seen in the photograph. It has never been filled with fuel and is marked I XIV (September 98?) on the bottom.
