PAYMENT POLICY
All PAYMENTS are to be received within 7 days of auction end.
If you are making
multiple purchases please wait for a combined purchase invoice.
Failure to make contact/payment within 14 days of the auction end WILL result in negative feedback and the filing of a NON PAYING BIDDER alert.
If you are an INTERNATIONAL buyer please wait for your invoice with the correct AIRMAIL/SURFACE MAIL postage on it. Please remember that I am in the UK and all my items are listed with the correct postage rate for postage within the UK. INTERNATIONAL (non UK) PAYMENT is by PAYPAL ONLY This means I DO NOT ACCEPT any other type of PAYMENT. Item will be SENT TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PAYPAL CONFIRMATION NOTICE.

POSTAGE POLICY
Once I have received cleared funds for item payment item will be despatched. I usually post six days a week and most of the time I aim to send within 72 hours of cleared payment. I eBay message when item has been mailed. I always obtain proof of posting for all of my items whether they are being sent within the UK or Internationally. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Whilst I AIM TO ACCURATELY PREDICT POSTAGE and PACKING COSTS, due to the recent postal changes within the UK you may notice that the actual postage cost on the envelope maybe higher or lower than the amount you have paid. This will be because the packed item falls into a different weight and size band to one that I predicted.
REFUND POLICY
If you feel the item has been grossly misrepresented or any other problem please contact me and I will always do my best to sort it out. If a refund is agreed I will require the item posted back and a refund will be issued ON RECEIPT OF RETURNED ITEM. Return postage is YOUR responsibility AND will only be refunded at my discretion.
I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT GO ASTRAY, ARRIVE LATE OR THAT ARE DAMAGED IN THE POST. I AM VERY CAREFUL HOW I PACK MY ITEMS AND THEY LEAVE HERE IN “AS DESCRIPTION” CONDITION.
I will be happy to make a claim from the royal mail for you. If the item is damaged I will require it back WITH all original packaging so I may claim against Royal Mail. On Standard post Royal Mail will only refund the cost of the item (subject to upper limits) and will only refund postage costs when recorded/special delivery has been used .I suggest that RECORDED/SPECIAL delivery is used in preference to standard mail. If you are not willing to pay the additional recorded/special delivery/insurance then no postage refunds will be made. For UK buyers the cost is approximately an additional cost of 66p. For INTERNATIONAL buyers the cost is approximately an additional £3.30. All buyers with ANY mailing package valued OVER £32 ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE COST.
FEEDBACK POLICY
I leave feedback once it has been left for me. If you have a complaint and have not bothered to contact me to try and sort it out and simply leave negative or neutral feedback do expect negative feedback on receipt. I will not leave feedback for those who do not leave it and I guarantee feedback for those who have.
Please remember BEFORE BIDDING that ALL BIDS ARE A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT. If you are unable to pay for the item/or are simply not going to pay DO NOT BID.
