PAYMENT
* Please pay within 7 working days
* Please contact us if you have problems paying
* Payment methods: Paypal (GBP), Postal Orders (UK/GBP) & Cheques (PERSONAL/UK/GBP)
WE DO NOT ACCEPT BANK TRANSFERS OF ANY KIND
* If no payment or communication has not been made from the buyer within 7 days from auction end date
(A DISPUTE WILL BE FILED)

POSTAGE
* Items will be posted once payments have cleared
(e-cheques upto 9 days, personal cheques upto 7 working days)
* Fast Postage: Items normally posted within 2 working days
* Items will be sent by your chosen postal service, if acceptable
* Please ask if you require an alternative postal service and we will try to accomodate
* Will Post to: United kingdom / European Union
(If your country is NOT listed, we will NOT post to it)
* Items will be packaged as best we can to prevent damage in transit
* Proof of postage always obtained
* We will use Recycled packaging where ever possible
(Non-meat boxes, cardboard, bags, used packaging... etc
* We reserve the right to choose which Packaging & Delivery methods are used

RETURNS
* Please contact us if any problems arise or that you are not happy for any reason!
* Items can only be returned: If not as described in auction listing
* Returns must be made within 7 working days (UK) 14 days (EU)
* All items are security marked unless New

REFUNDS
* Item will be checked upon receipt for any damage etc
* A Full refund given if item is not as described, once item has been received by us
* No refunds on NEW / FAULTY items unless lost or damaged in the postal service
* A waiting process for LOST / DAMAGED items, could take upto 28 days for a refund from postal service
